Thank you.  The Dreamcap has been the best thing that I ever purchased.  My 3 year old son has
been experiencing night terrors for the past 2 years.  Every night he wakes up with eyes wide open
screaming uncontrollably with a blood curling scream, and he is inconsolable – no matter what we
try.  These “fits” usually last about 20-30 minutes long.  We tried everything that doctors and
psychologists suggested, but nothing worked.  We ordered the dreamcap about three weeks ago
and he has not woken up yet.  I guess the power of belief and suggestion is very overpowering. 
Me and my husband are so thankful that we can now have a nights rest, and my son can finally get

Thank you for your concern in seeing if the dream cap has helped. I'm glad I came across the article.  Bryce used to wake up terrified of bad dreams in the middle of the night. Since he received his dream cap and after a few reminders to really "believe" in the dream cap, he's stopped waking up from nightmare's. He's even told me that we should get all his friends a dream cap so they won't have bad dreams. He recently said that his dream cap even works when he doesn't believe in it but I think it's due to his belief in it that he doesn't have to think about it anymore.  Thanks for a great idea!

My husband is a soldier in the Michigan National Guard and is currently deployed overseas.  We have four small children at home but Devyn, our eight year old son is daddy's little boy.  Each time his dad is gone overseas, Devyn has terrible nightmares.  This is my husband's third deployment and the dreams have become a lot more intense.  Devyn had been sleeping with me for over three months when I received an email about the Dream Caps.  Out of total curiosity and the need for a good night sleep, I ordered a Dream Cap for Devyn and also my five year old daughter.  The very first night Devyn wore his dream cap, he stayed in his bed all night!  It has been a blessing.  Devyn loves his Dream Cap and wears it to bed every night.  Only if it 'falls off' does he return to my side in bed.  And to top it all off, Mr. Ramey called us personally to check on how everything was going.  People like Mr. and Mrs. Ramey are what make life just a little bit easier.  They understand what military families go through and took it upon themselves to do what they could do help.  Thank you so much!

My name is Julie Weinert and I have a 5 year old son named Evan. For years he has struggled with sleeping through the night. He would wake up almost every single night between the hours of 1AM and 4AM. Needless to say, none of us got a good night's sleep. I struggled with falling back to sleep after it had been interrupted and literally would lose 2-3 hours each night. I work and go to school, as well as a parent, so you can imagine the struggle it takes to juggle that with even a full night's sleep. We sat down with our son, we told him all about the dream cap and how special it was and we all sang the song together, we played the CD. We made it very special. We kept telling him how we wished that we had a dream cap too. It made him feel very special. We received the dream cap several weeks ago and he has slept through the night, every single night since. Seriously!!!!! Another "bonus" was that we always "battled" with him to get him to go to bed in the first place. Now that he has the dream cap, it is not such a struggle anymore. He gets his bath, he does his normal routine, we read him a book and off to bed he goes. No more crying, no more "negotiating" to stay up just 5 more minutes. He knows when it is bed time, it is going to be okay. I can not thank the makers of the dreamcap enough. I have spoken to the wonderful couple that has created this product. They have 4 children of their own and they seem like the nicest people on the planet. They have personally contacted our family to see how it has been working out for us. I can not think of ANY company that has ever called me to see how something is working for me. That says it all. They care and they want to know what they can do to improve on what they have created. I can not think of one single thing. We absolutely LOVE this! I think this is one of the best ideas I have ever heard of and the proof is in this testimonial. We have all slept every single night since he first put that on his head and we know that he feels safe and secure now and that is priceless. Thank you to Jim and Terry for this marvelous and truly life changing idea. I don't mean to sound corny, but it has changed our lives. You can not appreciate how important it is to have quality and sound sleep until you don't have it anymore and that is why I can say it changed our lives.

Georgia, who has not been able to sleep in her own bed alone for about a week is now sleeping in her own bed with the dream cap!  We have to go to sleep with her in her bed and she does wake up several times as we try to leave but the frantic nature of her pleas has subsided I am happy to say.  She would, of course, like a book to go along with her dream cap and she would also like to order a bigger size because when it slips off she can't find it in the dark!!!  She has lots of ideas as you can see.  We are working on the believing part so that she can just let us go and fall asleep on her own.  I feel like I did when she was 1 and I would lie on the floor holding her hand in her crib until she drifted off.  2 steps forward 1 back as they say.  She absolutely is getting attached to her cap.  It's just like the "transitional object" of D.W. Winnicott.  If a child believes something has the magical soothing or protective quality of the mother it works.  Usually kids create this spontaneously with their blankie or bunny.  You are helping them do it all over again at a latter stage with the caps.  Anyhow, I wish you well with this endeavor. Thanks,

I gave the girls their new caps last nite they love them, they told me they listen to the CD every nite when they go to sleep. (i didn't know) My little one Kenzzie (she is the one i actually got the cap for) told me the story, and sang the song. she really loves it and was all excited and really thrilled with her new cap.  now i need another one for my youngest grandchild, jillie, she is 2 1/2 she wants one too. and kenzzie and morgan won't give up the one for the dollies. hahaha you had said you would send a few of the new ones that came in too small for the girls to play with. that would probably be a good use for the ones that are too small for real kids, send them one for their teddy bears or baby dolls, my grandchildren truly love them. i gave them the new caps last nite and soon as they got home they made their mom take a picture, when she sends it to me i will forward it to you. just wanted to let you know, how happy your "dream cap" has made my little Kenzzie.  thanks again,

Just wanted to update you on my son Chase.  We tried the Dream Cap lullaby last night in my kids room.  All three were fast asleep in a matter of seconds.  On top of that, it is currently 8 am here and Chase is STILL IN BED.....his own bed!!!!  I am so glad that we were referred to your website!!!  Thanks soooo much for all you guys do!

At age 4 1/2, Jack's imagination became really active and he began to fear being in his room alone at night to sleep, or even during the day to play.  He wanted either mom or dad to sleep with him.  (With children ages 6, 4, and 2, we have always found co-sleeping, while an easy way out in the middle of the night, not to be a practical or helpful option for any party concerned.) While we did not mind lying with him to comfort him after we had read books, etc...  we both have too much to do with 2 other young children to go on to bed with him.  It became a very frustrating issue for us and a rough time for Jack as well.  He began waking up at night screaming and scared and could not go back to sleep unless we 'helped' him by staying with him.  This was very difficult.  The pediatrician advised leaving a small light on (already doing), soft music (ditto), and basically just waiting it out as it was a phase he would grow out of.  So I got on the internet and did a search for sleep problems or scary dreams kids or something and came upon the dream cap website.  Jack was really excited about the cap!  It has given him some confidence and a ritual.  While he still needs lots of encouragement, the cap is one of the tools we have found useful on our road to getting him to sleep all night independently again.

I am so glad I found your Dream Cap ad on the Internet.  It must be close to a year now.  We could not get our great granddaughter to sleep at night as I explained to you at the time.  When we received the "Dream Cap" we played the recording and Nancy Marie just wept.  I explained to her about the "Cap" and she wore it every night until just lately.  Now she sleeps with it on her pillow.  Thank you, also, for the extra caps you sent.  She just loves them and believe me they work.  When we talked you felt she might be a little young.  She knew what I was talking about and wanted the cap on immediately.  She is now 2 1/2 and is sleeping all through the night.  Thank you and God Bless.

Here is a picture of Alex, 10 and Maddie, 5. Thank you very much for the dream caps. I was most impressed by the impact that it has had on my ten year old son. I was not sure how he would feel about the dream cap until he took his 5 year old sisters and started wearing it himself.
